End of term treats for Chilton primary pupils

End of term fun

It’s the end of term at Chilton Primary School in Ramsgate and the children are full of bounce.

Pupils who kept more than 95% of their behaviour points throughout the school year received their treat – sessions in the sunshine on a range of inflatables.

These included the school’s own big blue bouncy castle, plus two assault courses, and a towering slide.

Head of School Kate Law said: “It was a great way for them to celebrate keeping their behaviour points – in fact almost all of the school was rewarded for their ongoing good behaviour which is something that we expect from our children every moment of the day.

“The inflatables are good exercise and it was lovely for the children to get outside and have an energetic bounce at the end of the school year during which they have all worked so hard and with such enthusiasm and commitment, beginning in the very early years.”

Year 6 pupils have already enjoyed their behaviour reward – a trip to the roller disco at Dreamland amusement park in Margate. They also enjoyed an after-school barbecue feast.
