Emergency services called to crashes in Margate and Westgate

Police and fire crews were called to a crash on the Ramsgate Road in Margate this morning (January 8).

Emergency services were called at 10.35am following a two car crash by the Victoria lights.

Officers attended the scene. No injuries were reported and the road is now fully open.

Police were also called to a collision involving two cars in Westgate this morning.

Officers were called at 8.20am to the incident in Canterbury Road.

No injuries were reported but the driver of one of the vehicles left the scene. Enquiries to locate the driver are ongoing.
