Emergency services are currently at an address in Margate following a report of concern for the welfare of people inside the property.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called by South East Coast Ambulance Service at 10.51am regarding a concern for the welfare of occupants at a private address in Grosvenor Place, Margate.”
Officers remain at the scene.
