A car that was trapped by the tide at Margate yesterday has been pulled back out of the water.
The 4×4 became stuck in the soft as the tide came in while being used to tow out a boat yesterday (July 2).
A coastguard rescue team was called for public protection but the vehicle was left in the water.
This afternoon it was finally pulled back to shore by a lorry with a crane lift on the back.
