Punk poet Brigette Aphrodite, DJ Gemma Cairney and Cliffs throw Merry Kissmas Ball in Cliftonville

Brigitte Aphrodite hosts the first show

Punk Poet, musician, writer and performer of the critically acclaimed’My Beautiful Black Dog, Brigette Aphrodite, teams up with Margate lass and radio presenter Gemma Cairney and Cliffs in Cliftonville to present A Merry Kissmas Ball.

The event, at Cliffs in Northdown Road on December 22, will include live music from Brigitte Aphrodite, Quiet Boy and special guests.

Guests are invited to wear ballgowns, bowties or just their general best. And just in case people have to go to the event straight from work coming straight from work  there will be a glitter station and feather boas on hand for all!

There will be a free glass of bubbles and nibbles on arrival.

Brigitte Aphrodite & Boom Shakalaka Productions will host The Merry Kissmas Ball from 7pm-11pm


Pay what you can  (Guide prices – £5, £10, £20).
50% of the profits will be donated to the Kent Refugee Action Network with the rest covering costs for the artists performing on the night.
