En Avant Art Exhibition

St Augustine & Pugin: Shrine & Visitor Centre,St Augustine’s Road, Ramsgate
En Avant is a new series of clay paintings by artist Robert Dawson, which draw from the visual language and stylised motifs of Gothic Revival architect A.W.N. Pugin (1812-1852). Dawson reimagines Pugin’s designs from both the Shrine of St Augustine, Ramsgate, which he constructed to be in keeping with the “true principles of Christian architecture” (1845–52) , and The Grange (1843), Pugin’s family home next door.

Raining Stones: The Human Condition

Rich Cameron’s exhibition, Raining Stones: The Human Condition is an exhibition of eight artists from across Europe. It explore aspects of human life and misfortunes through contemporary photography, paintings and other media. A challenging exhibition it seeks to explore emotions and issues which are the pertinent to life today.

Children’s favourites Bob the Builder, Little Princess, Noddy, Toyland Detective, Fireman Sam, Shimmer and Shine, Pip Ahoy!, Winnie and Wilbur, Wissper are coming to Margate’s Winter Gardens.
The character are part of Channel 5’s Milkshake! Live show, Milkshake! Live, The Magic Story Book tour.

Store Burger, at 24 Marine Gardens, is an independent start-up being opened by Mark Beneyto and his partner Charmaine Hawthorne.

Jungle Jims, Quex Park
Former Britain’s Got Talent stars Stavros Flatley and The Voice finalist Lydia Lucy will be the special guests at this year’s Caring for Connor fun day.
The Greek dancing duo and the singer are supporting the charity event being held at Jungle Jims, Quex Park, Birchington.
The fun day, from 11am to 4pm, will also feature a dog show and Disney characters, live music, face painting, food and drink.
Entry is only £1.50.
